OSCAR WINNERS 2015

Last night, the Dolby Theatre Hollywood played host to the 87th Academy Awards. 

Having swept the board at all the major ceremonies this season, Eddie Redmayne and Julianne Moore have continued their remarkable success.  To add to their SAG Awards, Golden Globes and BAFTAs, they are now the recipients of the Best Actor and Best Actress Oscar respectively. 

Eddie has won Best Actor for his moving portrayal of Professor Stephen Hawking in THE THEORY OF EVERYTHING. In an elegant acceptance speech, he dedicated the award to the Hawking family and to those suffering from Motor Neurone Disease/ ALS around the world.  

Julianne has won Best Actress for her portrayal of a woman diagnosed with early onset dementia in the exceptional STILL ALICE which will hit UK cinemas on Friday 6th March.
