Olivia Davies

 

Olivia grew up in Bristol, studied in Edinburgh and taught English to secondary school students, in Preston, before moving into publishing via ‘A’ Literary Agency in Tbilisi. She joined United Agents in 2020. 

 

She treasures the opportunity to discover exciting new voices in literary fiction, well-written commercial fiction, and narrative non-fiction, and is always open to submissions. She admires writers who are unapologetic and able to make themselves vulnerable in order to uncover new truths.  It's always great fun when you can tell a writer is enjoying being playful with language. 

 

Olivia enjoys seeking out new opportunities for the distinguished Literary Estates she represents, uncovering forgotten classics and working with publishers to find new audiences to further a legacy.
