Before directing Rosie worked extensively in production and development as Director of Development at ABC International and lead at Little Dot Studios (part of All Three Media) scripted comedy and comedy drama development, building an innovative and unique slate of projects. Struggling to find female directors she decided to be the change she wanted to see…and hasn’t looked back.
"Rosie is pretty uniquely placed in the comedy telly fraternity. Lovely to work with, a can-do approach to anything big or small and she can write and direct. in fact is there anything she can’t do? I’ve changed my mind, she’s annoyingly talented and needs to be stopped." — Lucy Lumsden, MD Yellow Door Productions, former Head of Sky Comedy
