His holiness the dalai lama: in my own words 2001 hodder & stoughton | At the heart of all the Dalai Lama's teaching is the plea for compassion and non-violence, the essential goodness of the human heart and the need to live well and die well. This collection reflects the breadth of his teaching but also its utter simplicity and is an ideal introduction as well as an inspiring companion. |
