OLIVIER AWARDS 2015 - Winners!
Congratulations to Henry Lewis, Jonathan Sayer & Henry Shields for THE PLAY THAT GOES WRONG which won Best New Comedy last night at the Olivier awards! Henry, Jonathan and Henry wrote and starred in the hit at the Duchess Theatre.
Jonathan O’Boyle was the Associate Director on BULL which won the Outstanding Achievement in an Affiliate Theatre award.
Amongst the big winners of the night was the Donmar's production of CITY OF ANGELS which won the award for Best Musical Revival. It starred UA's Samantha Barks, Katherine Kelly & Tam Mutu. SUNNY AFTERNOON won four awards and stars UA’s Ben Caplan.
KING CHARLES III received the award for Best New Play. It was directed by Rupert Goold and starred Lydia Wilson. A VIEW FROM THE BRIDGE, which won three awards, starred Emun Elliott and James Turner was the Associate Designer.
WOLF HALL and BRING UP THE BODIES, winner of two Oliviers, featured Jay Taylor, Joey Batey and lighting design by David Plater.
