The trailer for the BBC's new productions of Shakespeare's dramatic cycle of English history, THE HOLLOW CROWN is online here.

Featuring some of our greatest Shakespearean actors, directors and adaptors, these four plays, from RICHARD II to HENRY V, encompass a turbulent and bloody stretch of English history.

RICHARD II is directed by Rupert Goold, who co-adapts with Ben Power.  Adam Cork is the Composer.  Danny Cohen BSC is the Director of Photography and the Editor is Trevor Waite.  Hair and Make-Up is designed by Jeremy Woodhead.  Camera Operator is Zac Nicholson.  The cast includes David Bradley as The Gardener.

HENRY IV (Parts I and II) feature the costume designs of Annie Symons and Stephen Warbeck composes.  James Laurenson plays The Earl of Westmoreland and David Dawson plays Poins.  

HENRY V is adapted by Ben Power.  Annie Symons designs Costumes and Hair and Make-Up design is by Kirstin Chalmers.  The cast includes James Laurenson as Westmoreland and Richard Clothier as Salisbury.  

The series starts with RICHARD II at the end of June on BBC2.
